01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 44fb website accessible at https://44fb.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services available thereon.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "44fb" / "We" / "Us" means the operator of the Platform, its successors, and authorised representatives.
• "Funds" means real money deposited by a User into their 44fb Account balance, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account under a specific bonus offer, subject to wagering and other conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or any other betting product offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 44fb Account, placing a Wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any applicable supplemental rules for specific games or promotions.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific rule set, the specific rule set shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of that rule, and these Terms shall apply in all other respects.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms. 44fb does not, however, permit shared or delegated use of Accounts — each Account must be used exclusively by the registered individual.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 44fb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable. Players below the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using any 44fb service.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, and not as a representative of any business, syndicate, or professional gambling organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or family member of a current employee or contractor of 44fb, or of any game provider whose products appear on the Platform.
• You do not hold more than one registered Account on 44fb. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts and closed.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.

44fb reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawals may be held pending verification.

04 Account Registration & Verification

Registration on 44fb requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obliged to keep this information up to date at all times. You may update your account details by contacting 44fb support.

You are responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any other person. 44fb strongly recommends the use of a unique password not shared with any other online service. 44fb will never request your password through any communication channel.

You must notify 44fb immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 44fb will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 44fb requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address. KYC documents must be submitted through the Account verification portal. 44fb aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours during normal operating conditions.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Account Funds

All transactions on the 44fb Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern the management of funds in your Account:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 44fb, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own limits.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), and direct bank transfers from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account within seconds of a successful payment confirmation.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: For fully verified Accounts, withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes on average. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Transaction Fees: 44fb does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which 44fb accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in BDT. 44fb does not accept or process funds in any other currency.

Your Account balance represents a record of Funds held on your behalf by 44fb. These Funds are not interest-bearing and are held separately from 44fb's operational funds. You may request a full withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the verification and processing requirements described above.

44fb reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, an unresolved bonus wagering obligation, or a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such circumstances, 44fb will notify you of the reason for the delay and the steps required to resolve the matter.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 44fb Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause and any specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game type in question.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• 44fb reserves the right to void any bet where there has been a manifest pricing error, where the market was inadvertently offered in error, or where the outcome of the event has been affected by corrupt or irregular activity.
• In-play (live) betting markets are governed by additional rules that account for the real-time nature of the market. 44fb's decision on in-play bet settlement is final where the outcome cannot be independently verified by the time of settlement.
• All cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Matches that are abandoned, tied, or subject to DLS method are settled in accordance with the specific market rules published on the Platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) operated by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, or Pragmatic Play Live). 44fb does not influence or have access to game outcomes. Disputes concerning game outcomes must be directed to the relevant game provider.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain markets and games. Where a maximum payout applies, it will be displayed in the relevant market or game rules prior to placing a bet.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

44fb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users as determined by 44fb at its sole discretion. 44fb reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per User, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant bonus terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated period.
• Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of a Wagering Requirement. Game contribution percentages are stated in the specific promotion terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Where a User holds both real-money Funds and Bonus Funds in their Account, real-money Funds are used first for all Wagers, unless the applicable promotion states otherwise.
• 44fb reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where abuse of a promotion is detected. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, creation of multiple Accounts, use of automated software, and systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44fb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Users, match-fixing, or any activity that distorts the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. 44fb is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards 44fb staff or other Users via any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access to any third party.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technical means to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

09 Responsible Gaming

44fb is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity undertaken within defined personal limits. We provide a comprehensive suite of self-management tools to all Account holders, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited into your Account. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: A ceiling on total losses within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further deposits are suspended until the period resets.
• Session Reminders: Configurable alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to remind you of time spent on the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44fb's total liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

44fb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to:

44fb makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their own devices are adequately protected.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 44fb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

44fb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 44fb includes, but is not limited to, registration information, transaction records, gameplay history, communication records, device and browser identifiers, and IP addresses. This data is used to provide the Platform service, verify identity and age, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

The version of these Terms & Conditions in force at the date shown in the "Last Updated" field above supersedes all previous versions.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the 44fb Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, 44fb's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

To raise a formal dispute, you must contact the 44fb support team in writing at [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and the resolution you are seeking. 44fb will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

44fb's decision following its internal dispute resolution process is not necessarily final in law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

In matters relating to bet settlement disputes, 44fb's interpretation of the applicable rules of the market concerned — consistently applied to all Users — shall prevail in the absence of a clear error. Clear errors in settlement will be corrected promptly upon identification regardless of whether a formal dispute has been raised.
